Businessman Mark E Smith, who has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, was summarily kicked off an American Airlines flight with no explanation. One flight attendant tried to stick up for him, but was overruled by the pilot. They left him completely immobile in an aisle chair on a shaking jetway, with no assistance.
